In this method the body temperature of female before getting out from the bed is examine daily by using Basal body thermometer. A women temperature before ovulation is slightly less than the usual and it becomes high after ovulation. Therefore, with the slight risein temperature (0.2 to 0.4 degree Celsius) predict the ovulation time in female and can rather considered as fertile period (unsafe period)
