1. Complete rest and proper balance diet.
2. Avoid sexual intercourse until wond recovers.
3. Male should use condom up to First 2 months after vasectomy (20 times ejaculation).
4. Avoid heavy works, cycling, horse riding, motor cycle riding till the wound recover.

To sum up, family planning is the way of satisfaction, knowledge, attitude, happiness, responsibilites as an access to make family size smaller, healthier and to progress towards destiny of family leading quality of life.

Note: For injectable contraception( Depo-provera, copper-T, Norplant) and permanent contraception (vasectomy, laparoscopy, minilap) the devices are So, used before 8 days of menstural cycle.
